To add a Distribution Point to a Boundary Group

  1. Set up a connection to the SMS Provider.
  2. Query a Boundary Group from SMS_BoundaryGroup WMI class
  3. Use the AddSiteSystem method.
  4. Set the NALPath, Flag properties.
  5. Depending on the configuration, set the correct value

    Note to all visiting… These functions can not be run on a CAS. In order to add a DP to a Boundary Group, you must run these commands on the appropriate Primary Site Server.
